		<description>If I may give you some advice I got from my counseler for sleeping better.

Get into a routine were you start to turn your brain off before you go to bed, like the ones we use on our kids. Give yourself just 10 minutes (or more) or so of peace and quiet will go a long way. 

Create a visualization of something that is very peaceful, preferable someplace you have been like a quiet beach or lake or something. When you are trying to sleep put that visualization together and include sounds smells etc. It works for me and I have the same ^*@#)^ brain won&#039;t @$%*) turn off issues you do.
