Good morning, Las Vegas!

A lot to do today, and it is gorgeous outside.  I am feeling the relief of my not having to go to work for two weeks, or the fact I have no school until January 26th.

We will be doing more Christmas shopping today, and stopping off at the library.  I have quite a few books to return, get Michael a library card, and replace Leilani’s since the library has no idea where they put my card wallet, which they claimed they found but now they cannot find it.

Today is a big day in the Kulseth household.  Michael is in underwear!  While he has no clue what to do with them, it is just another step up the growing up ladder that this Mommy is getting a little weepy over.  We have been looking forward to ur vacation to potty train him, but it just seems so unreal for now.  I know I will get over it, especially when our Sam’s Club bill is missing about $50 a month because we will no longer be buying diapers/Pull-Ups and wipes.  Then our daycare costs will go down when we can move him up to the 3-4 year old room, which will drop about another $50.  We plan to sock that extra money towards our credit card bills so we can start paying them down a little more.

I am still in the middle of tweaking the blog.  There are a few minor things that I still need to change.  The one thing that disappoints me is that I cannot figure out how to fix the submit button for comments on single page posts.  It sits in the middle of the end of the information the writer needs to provide and the comment box.  It should be at the bottom right of the comment box.  However, I am not the original creator of the theme, so it will take a bit of digging to figure it out.  For now, that is minor compared to the overall appearance of my blog.

Alright, off to attempt to write an article this morning, after I get ready for the day.  I also need to post up a short writing piece from a writing prompt blog I have recently stumbled upon.  Anyone else can suggest writing prompt blogs or sites?  I have a few saved now, but I like to stick with the blogs of people who take their time putting thought into their prompts versus big-wig sites.

Enjoy your Saturday!
